After nearly five years with SoftWash Systems, John will lead technology management and franchisee technology onboarding, working closely with founder AC Lockyer to implement and manage the software and digital tools available to our licensed affiliates and franchisees.

Starla has joined SoftWash Systems as one of our Shield Support CSRs in our national call center. Starla serves as a co-op admin and support coach for our many franchisees throughout North America.
