CERTIFIED APPLICATOR

Certified Applicators are SoftWash Systems affiliate licensees that have been with our organization generally for less than six months. Yes, new but not incapable of performing great soft wash cleaning and treatment services. Each and every SoftWash Systems Certified Applicator has completed intense training for the craft of soft washing. To become a Certified Applicator in our organization one must take twenty (20) online 45 minute classes and pass a two-hundred (200) question certification test.

Additionally Certified Applicators must attend and complete the SoftWash Systems Top Gun School in Sanford, Florida. This three-day hands-on training event pairs each Top Gun candidate with one of our mature / experienced OG Top Gun Instructors for a 0ne-0n-one experience confirming that the candidate absorbed the online training. This in-field hands-on confirmation is backed by a hands-on competency card that is completed and signed off on by their Top Gun Instructor.

Certified Applicators are prepared for and best suited for small to medium sized soft washing projects. Usually homes or commercial cleaning projects that are less than five-thousand (5,000) square feet in size and not complicated with special or delicate surfaces. Certified Applicators are prepared to complete most any residential soft wash cleaning / treatment.

AUTHORIZED PROFESSIONAL

Authorized Professionals are SoftWash Systems affiliate licensees that have been with our organization generally for six to 18 months. Each and every SoftWash Systems Authorized Professional has completed our initial Certified Applicator training for the craft of soft washing but has also moved up to mastering the daily running of the business. To become an Authorized Professional in our organization one must take forty (40) online 45-minute classes and pass a four-hundred (400) questions of certification tests. An Authorized Professional has also attended our Sales & Marketing Bootcamps, attended our yearly National Convention as well as been certified in our SWS Sanitized program for sanitizing surfaces during pandemics and outbreaks.

Authorized Professionals are prepared for and best suited for up to medium and medium-large sized soft washing projects. Usually homes or commercial cleaning projects that are less than ten thousand (10,000) square feet in size. Authorized Professionals have the experience and know-how to clean various surfaces as well as tackle difficult or delicate surfaces confidently. Authorized Professionals are prepared to complete most any residential soft wash cleaning / treatment, medical building, apartment community and other mid to large scope project.

FIVE STAR COMPANY

Five Star Companies are SoftWash Systems affiliate licensees that have been with our organization longer than 18 months. These soft washing businesses have multiple trucks as well as a commercial facility. Each and every SoftWash Systems Five Star Company has completed our Certified Applicator and Authorized Professional training but has also moved into our highest level of business training and coaching. To become an Five Star Company in our organization one must take forty (60) online 45-minute classes and pass a four-hundred (600) questions of certification tests. An Five Star Company not only has attended our Sales & Marketing Bootcamps, attended our yearly National Convention as well as been certified in our SWS Sanitized program for sanitizing surfaces during pandemics and outbreaks, but has also trained and certified their entire team using our SoftWash Academy Online. This exposes their entire organization to over two-hundred and twenty (220) online classes, one-thousand (1,000) questions in tests, and has had their company and service team complete individual positional certifications for their job in the business.
